What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Body While Sleeping?
As soon as i fall asleep I am awaken with muscle spasms. I can lay down awake and I don t get them but as soon as I fall asleep I get them. I have spasms in my mid back, calves, toes and hands. Very painful. I was advised to take flaxseed and fish oil vitamins. Which I have been taking them. Also drinking Gatorade. I am an avid water drinker. I am not getting any sleep. My body and mind are so tired. I can t go on like this much longer. I did have a full physical two weeks ago and my dr advised me to take the above mentioned vitamins. They have escalated mor and more. Every night they are getting worse.
