Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am a 25 year old male and i want to know that i have some problem. Over the past few weeks, I ve been experiencing a vibrating sensation on my neck sometime 2 or 3 times in a day for 10 to 15 min. so can you tell me what could be causing the muscle shaking in my neck? Thnx...
I think the vibrating on your neck could be due to possible bad positioning of your neck. This might have caused pressure or bad stretching of the muscles, ending up to vibrating sensations.
This might be corrected through : - avoiding bad positioning - light stretching exercises of the neck area and back - taking a magnesium supplement.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
