What causes muscle pain in the chest, neck and back?

I have had muscle pain in my chest, neck, back and both arms for awhile now. all areas are sensitive to the touch and I always feel like I have a grip around my throat, My thyroid is also sensitive to touch and my throat glands are swollen and hard. My skin is also flushed red from head o toe. What would cause this?

Hello,

It could be a simple muscular pain.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
