I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.
All your symptoms are related to a cold that is caused by a seasonal respiratory virus. This virus has caused ear pain and muscle ache.
In this cases I recommend: 1. Bed rest for 3 days. 2. Taking painkillers such as Acetominophen(Paracetamol) to relieve pain. 3. Taking vitamin B complex and vitamin C. 4. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
If your symptoms continue you should check virus complications. To do that you need: 1. Complete blood count. 2. Urine test. 3. Physical examination your GP.
I hope this answer is helpful.
All the best. Dr. Behar.
