What causes muscle fatigue along with nausea?

I am 49 years old. All of a sudden this morning, I noticed extreme muscle fatigue. Just walking felt like a marathon, muscles burning. My temp is 97.4. My stomach feels tight/nauseated.I have no health problems other than neuropathy like diabetes, but I am not diabetic-my numbers are in fact rarely over 90.g13169

Sudden onset muscle fatigue may be due to acute bacterial or viral infections or psychological stress or heart disorders or hypokalemia or infections etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please check serum electrolytes, serum lactate levels or blood urea or calcium and magnesium.

Use tablet Levocarnitine. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

I have suffered from muscle fatigue after walking for about 10 minutes, for a number of years and lately I have suffered from heavy eyes as well. If I m walking around and my legs become fatigued, I sit down for a few minutes and they are back to normal.

Red raised rash on right buttock about 4 inches vertical and 2 inches wide. The rash is also at the bottom of the small of my back. It is slightly warm to touch and the feeling associated is like muscle fatigue (as if I had just worked out). The rash also shows up a little bit on my right leg (bottom half of leg) but is only 1 inch tall. I felt an odd pain on my right side (muscle fatigue) prior to the rash appearing. I also felt pangs of muscle cramping in my right leg below my knee, which I am still feeling occasionally (goes into my ankle, and other spots of my leg where no rash is present). There is also a slight burning sensation associated with the rash if I touch it with my hands.

As of late I have been experiencing muscle fatigue and mild cramping in my legs. Initially it was later in the evening just before bedtime. However these symptoms have been evident earlier and earlier in the day. Two and a half years ago I was hospitalized with acute anemia . Might I be experiencing symptoms of anemia again? I took 130mg of iron earlier and I do believe I am experiencing markable relief.
