lately i have been having these muscle spams right under my jaw line, they are not painful, but often times they re bad enough to restrict the movements of my mouth, also when they occur i get this knot right under my jaw line when they occur, when these spasms stop the knot goes away. I have asked my doctor about this issue and she tells me it s probably nothing, but as i said this is happening more frequently than usual.
