What Causes Muscle Cramps In The Ankles And Calves?
I have been having muscle cramps in my calfs, hamstrings, and ankles, both legs, mostly at night when in bed. It seems that I can get a cramp at will just by moving my feet or legs in a certain way. My doctor reduced my cholesterol meds but that hasn t worked. I have had spinal fusion surgery on my 3-4 lumbar and right knee and hip replacement. Any ideas? Hal
