What Causes Muscle Contractions In The Abdomen?

I lightly masturbated 4 days after my hernia surgery. I kept my abdominals from contracting but as I neared the orgasm, I felt the area of the surgery expanding (small amount of pain). I climaxed with no movement of my abdominals. I don t feel much pain, but it feels like if I completely let loose, something would pop. Am I okay?

yes you are fine. It’s not like that if some amount of pressure is applied, the internal organs will pop out. But, yes the site of surgery can become loose. because, it’s hardly 4 days from the surgery.You should avoid these kind of activities till you are completely healed.
