General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Symptomatology indicates definite presence of underlying inflammation or infection process in the body. Recommended to consult physician immediately to get evaluated in terms of basic blood tests which will fix the diagnosis and further action plan will be based on that only. Till then consume Tylenol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
