Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be drug resistant bacteria infection (clostridium, shigella or E coli), or you may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. Other possibilities like Celiac disease or ulcerative colitis or Crohns disease etcetera.

So, use tablet Normaxin twice a day, avoid fatty, spicy food and alcohol. Avoid caffeine and smoking, regular exercise is mandatory, maintain good hygiene. Still symptoms persist then you need to consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
