Hello welcome to the health care magic

Mucus in stool can be from enteritis like infection

Small amount of mucus can be present in stool
Avoid excess fatty diet for that

But excess mucus in stool warrants further work up in form of stool routine micro examination

If stool shows any parasite than anthelmetic drug can be prescribed like albendazole
If pus cells seen antibiotic course prescribed

Drink more ware

Avoid excess spicy foods

As urethra hurts get check your urine report for routine micro examination and if needed antibiotic course will be prescribed

Take care

Hope this will help you
