What Causes Mucus Discharge With Spotting After The Intercourse?

My last period was June 14th-18th. I had unprotected sex with my husband the 24th-26th of June. on the first day of my missed period (July 15th) after having had sex I woke up and had a mucous discharge with a bit of red blood and no blood after. It is now the 21st. I took two pregnancy tests on the 16th and two again on the 17th. all four came out negative. Might I be pregnant ? What could the light blood i experienced be?

Do another one today to exclude pregnancy. The reason of blood would be any trauma, infection and colum uteri should be seen. Best regards.
