What Causes Mucus And Blood In Stools?

I am a 33 year old female, I have had a problem with bloody, purulent, mucousy looking stools for about 3-6 months, I have asked my doctor about it and they did a fecal test and I never got any answers, a gi specialist took a look just inside my rectum and noted no active hemmorrhoids and told me it was nothing to be concerned with.....I am still concerned. It seems to happen mostly around 2pm every day after I have had a normal BM in the morning. The symptoms include very painful gas and bloating and anal leakage. It almost looks like my intestines are shedding....
