What Causes Moving Sensation In Stomach?

My 17 year old daughter has had several negative pregnancy test: Blood - negative (3 test) Urine - negative (3 test) Internal exam (doctor said non-pregnant uterus) pelvic ultra sound (not pregnant) But yet she is still seeing and feeling movement in her stomach? Please help!!!
