Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you have got both your lower molars extracted and its almost 10 years ago, there is a possibility that there is drifting of the teeth in the empty spaces created due to extraction of teeth..
It is a natural phenomenon that teeth drift in empty spaces and the same is happening with you..

Pain that you are experiencing can be either hypersensitivity or due to either gum or tooth infection..
There can also be pain due to loosening or mobility of teeth..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation along with a full mouth x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..

As of now you can take Tylenol or Advil for pain relief..
Apply desensitizing paste over teeth..
Maintain a good Oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
