What causes movable lump on palms?

have a 5 year old child with a grape size lump on palm...complains of pain..lump is very venous looking and slightly movaable...notice today that all of her veins in that arm are unusually prominent and somewhat bulging..the other arm has no prominent veins..any idea what it can be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He may have some benign vascular tumor like hemangioma. He needs examination
If needed go for excision biopsy and histopathological examination.
Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
