What Causes Mouth Sores And Swollen Gums?
My 16 month old baby had mouthsores and suddenly her gums started to swell at bleed we went to her pedia and she prescribed amoxicillin but after 7 days of antibiotic therapy her gums are still bleeding and she already lost weight because its hard for her to eat. What could be the problem? Should I take her to the dentist?

Swollen gums and mouth ulcer may be due to vitamin defiecincy like vit. C and b complex.
You can try syp. Flora -BC after consulting a doctor.
Also rule out scurvey.
You need to see a doctor again.
