General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

There could be other factors into play as well like the chemicals used to clean the inside of the car or the chemicals used to make it smell good, or motion sickness, vertigo and so on. Before suspecting the surgery to be the cause there are numerous other factors in play and need to be adequately ruled out by an experienced physician.

Best wishes
