What Causes Missing Periods, Lower Back Pain, Bloating And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

It's been 54 days since my last period. Preg tests have been negative. I've had very sore lower back discomfort, and a lot of bloating. I probably will see a doctor but would like to know what other possibilities it could be? A few times I've felt nauseous, like car sickness.

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
If you usually have regular periods then this delay is very alarming. Along with the symptoms you are quoting it may represent an undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy. Kindly, have a blood pregnancy test & a trans-vaginal ultrasound.
These tests are also likely to help if there is some other pelvic pathology like ovarian cyst. Consult a Gynecologist with reports.
Best wishes.
