What Causes Missed Periods?
my wife has missed her periods almost for last two months.It was last on 7th January. Till now no sign. We had protected sex on 14th January, still to avoid confusion we take four pregnancy test but are negatives. what will be the reason for this and what are the ways to make her period regular?

If two UPTs 1 week apart are neg,pregnancy is unlikely.
If this persist in coming month also,this will need evaluation.
Anyhow,to have an exact idea,we need more details like her age,any contraceptive pills she may be taking etc.
