What Causes Missed Periods?

Hi, I am 28 years old married female. I got my last periods on 7th Feb. I did not get periods for this month. I had contact with my husband only on 10th March. Not before that. So there shouldn t be any chances of pregnancy as well. Could you suggest something to get my missed periods. I would like to mention here.. I always get my periods delayed by 4-5 days. And last month I was doing workout but stopped in between. Please suggest.

Hi,

You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not. If pregnancy is delayed despite negative urine test, you have to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. In that case hormone therapy is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
