General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Your doctor found something wrong with your liver and directed you to a kidney doctor? I am guessing there is a typing error some where there?

For now, you need to know that the female body is extremely sensitive. Any changes or abnomalities in any bodily functions or organ systems, can trigger a response to the hormone levels which can go topsy turvy resulting in menstrual abnormalities. Please seek medical attention for the liver or kidney dysfunction and soon your menstrual cycle shall return to normal (if everything else is normal i.e.).

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
