OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If you have an IUD implant then I don't think that you have conceived unless and until your IUD has not been expired. Sometimes IUD's can cause irregular periods, there is nothing to get worried about.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
