What Causes Missed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hi
My MC cycle date is around 13th of month.
But today is 21st January and still I did not get in MC.
I have taken the medicine from medical to get in MC as we had unprotected sex once in this start of this month.
Also I have done PregaNews test on 20st january but its result came Negative.
Now I am confused what to do?
Pleade advise me as soon as possible.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion as your urine pregnancy test is negative get a pelvic ultrasonography and b HCG testing because it can be an early pregnancy or worse ectopic tubal pregnancy and then visit a gynecologist with reports
