Hallow Dear,

Your history suggests that you have hormonal imbalance resulting into the irregularity of the menses.

You may be having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. In this condition, there is obesity, round face, hair at unwanted places like face, chest, legs, etc.. Please check your BMI; if it is above 25, it suggests PCOS. Also, please get your blood examined for hormonal profiles. Oestrogen, progesterone, LH, FSH and Prolactin will give some indications.

Thyroid function tests on your blood also will be useful since Thyroid dysfunction does lead to menstrual irregularities. Submit your blood for T3, T4 and TSH examination.

Ultrasonography also will give some clue about the genital organs, particularly about genital tuberculosis.

Please report to your Gynaecologist ASAP.

I hope this helps you.
