General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There is nothing to worry. Don't bother about missed period. Have proper follow up with your doctor whenever it is scheduled. In the mean time relax and adopt a healthy eating. Divert your mind by doing things you like. It could be anything like reading, cooking, gardening.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jasmine Jagan, General & Family Physician
