Hallow Dear,
Since you have missed your periods for two months, you should assess your pregnancy status first by:
1. Urine pregnancy test or
2. Beta hCG test on the blood.
Pain around the umbilicus and vagina demand the investigations for ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is a condition in which the pregnancy gets implanted somewhere outside the
uterine cavity, most commonly the tubes. Such pregnancy does not grow and ruptures subsequently causing alarming bleeding in the abdominal cavity requiring emergency surgical intervention with many units of
blood transfusion.
So to find out the evidence of ectopic pregnancy, if you are pregnant, please get
ultrasonography done to locate the products of conception. If the products of conception are seen in the uterine cavity, no issue; however if the uterine cavity is empty in spite of positive pregnancy test(s), it confirms the ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy diagnosed before rupture can be managed conservatively with medicines or by minimum invasive surgery by
Laparoscopy.
If you are not pregnant, ultrasonography will reveal any pathology for your abdominal and
vaginal pain.
I hope this helps you.
