my girlfriend is 5-6 weeks late for her period and has taken 1 pregnancy test every week since she was 1 week late. A total of 5 negative pregnancy test the last one she took was about 6weeks after her missed period and she took it first thing in the morning. The second one she went to her doctor about 2 weeks after her missed period and it was negative. She claims to have tender heavy brest, cramps, and tiredness. At first she thought it was high stress that caused her to miss her period, she had just moved started a new job and had a lot of family stress. I should also mention we we re not using protection but I did pull out every time we had sex. we only had sex 3 times the month before she missed her period. We re hoping she s not pregnant but are stressing about her missing 2 periods at this point. Again 5 test all negative spaced about 1 week apart. What are the chances she s pregnant? Or are we worring too much. She s going in for an ultra sound in about 3 days just trying to prepare for the results. if stress really can cause her to miss her period how long might it take for it to start up again?
