What Causes Missed Period, Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Bloating And Headache?

I skipped a period and suffered abdominal pain. I did an echo and my dr. Told me I have a hemorrhagic cyst still my period didn t come she prescribed me primalut nor 5 mg for 5 days. I stopped medication and still my period didn t come and I m having painful symptoms from nausea, bloating and backache. Is this normal and if my period didn t come what should I do?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have missed period, abdominal pain, nausea, bloating and headache . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like ectopic pregnancy , gastroenteritis , irritable bowel syndrome , food poisoning or hormonal imbalance . I would suggest you to consult gynecologist for proper examination . Doctor may take history and order ultrasound . Doctor may prescribe hormonal therapy along with antiemetic drug and analgesic . Doctor may also refer you to endocrinologist for hormonal problem or gastroenterologist for gastric problem .
