What Causes Missed Menstrual Cycle?
Hi, I am 30 yr old, I missed my period. My last period was May 3rd 2015. I never had any irregular periods so far. My first delivery was a normal delivery. I am 5.11 ft ht and 58kgs wt. Can you pls suggest what could be the probable reason for missed period. Btw pregnancy test turned out negative.

Pregnancy tests are reliable when taken 10 days after your missed period. Kindly repeat the test if required. Missed period can also occur due to hormonal imbalance, stress, vigorous exercise, sudden crash dieting, and long travel. Hormonal pills may be required to regulate your cycles. Following the pill, your cycles will normalize in the next few months.
