Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Missed abortions occurring at the same stage of pregnancy, in the early trimester, usually point to hormone imbalance, genetic defects, uterine anomalies and irritability in that order. Infections are another possible cause. To investigate, you need to see an expert in high risk pregnancy. Blood counts, couple group compatibility tests, hormone studies, tubal and uterine anomaly detection, TORCH titres, karyotyping and genetic counselling, especially if there is history of consanguinity are needed. Prenatal medication can be taken before attempting another pregnancy. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
