What Causes Milky Discharge From Areola In Children?

Hi, my girl of 14 had a milky discharge from the areola of her right breast. There was pain and swelling around the area. The doctor gave antibiotics and this cleared within three days of medication. This happened about two months ago. The same thing is happening to her left breast right now. Please what can this be? The tests we did the last time said fibro adenoma. Please what does this mean?

this is normal happens during puberty.ithink it should be alright in due course. nomedication is requered. if fibroadenoma is confirmed then it can be operated.
