Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain Chalazion is an eyelid nodule and commonly occurs due to obliteration of sebaceous gland and leads to formation of a small nodule over the eyelid..
As you have got it removed and feels a lump again and als redness it can be a recurring case or obliteration of another sebaceous gland and you can consult a general surgeon or an Ophthalmologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to put steroid eye drops and do warm compresses over the nodule..
You can also do gentle massage over it..
Wash your eyes frequently with luke warm water and maintain a good hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
