What Causes Mild Lower Abdominal Pain And Tiredness?
i ve had a dull pain in the left lower side of my abdomen for about 7-10 days. I m not constipated, it s not a gassy feeling. It s nothing earth shattering, i just know it s there. I m also extremely tired lately and feel like i may be coming down with something, but have been able to steer clear of the flu, even though everyone around me has had it.

I think the heaviness and dull pain you are experiencing may come from a fibromyoma a benign tumor derived from smooth muscle, most often of the uterus. It can be ruled out by ultrasound.
