What Causes Mild Chest Pain And Numbness In Arm And Neck?

I am 26, I had my gallbladder removed in May. My symptoms before surgery mimicked a heart attack and I haven't had any of these since the surgery until last night after having a pizza. Tonight I had pasta and a salad. I don not have much chest pain but my left arm, neck, and shoulder feel numb. Is there an explanation for this?
