What Causes Mild Brownish Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge Post Abortion?
Hey, I took misoprostol 6 weeks ago and the abortion was complete. The blotting had all disappeared until a week ago when I started getting a mild brownish smelly discharge. 2 days ago, it what seemed like bleeding intensified and I thought it is my first period after the abortion. However, it smells and is thick. What could this be?

Is there any fever, nausea or abdominal pain? If no such symptoms, we can wait for 5-7 days to see whether this stops. Otherwise, this can suggest an infection for which antibiotics might be needed. In that case, kindly consult your doctor for the same
