What Causes Migraines, Peripheral Vision Loss With Eye And Ear Pain?

What can cause migraines, loss of all peripheral vision, eye pain, and ear pain? (the migraine, eye, and ear pain are all on one side of the head) All of these symptoms are temporary and switch on and of randomly. There is no previous migraine history, and the CT scan and bloodwork is normal. Please Help!

all the problems are neurological. only exclude glaucoma, and treat migraine by taking migranil tablet starting with one tablet and increase up to 6tablet till free from all symptoms.
