What causes migraines along with nausea?

Good evening. I have a lot of bizzare sympotoms and I am ot sure how to diagnosis them. I am sure it is allergy related but wanted to double check. I get headaches that turn into migraine just about every day. I have been having some nausea, usually in the morning. This affects my appetite. I do take a flonase spray, twice a day. I also have excedrine migraine medication as well as Imitrex prescription. I woke up in the middle of the night with a fever and vomitted. I have not had a fever or gotten sick since. No congestion. My stomach (yes stomach, not intestine area) seems bloated or perhaps swollen.

Hi,

You can take tramadol and paracetamol combination and take omeprazole and domperidone combination drug. Don't eat commercial products, spicy and fried food. Eat healthy food and take proper sleep. Drink more amount of water, buttermilk and lemon juice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
