I had a dream where I was spinning on a bus in a car crash. A couple of months ago I got rear ended but never went to the doctor or got checked out because I refused I was ok. But this morning I had that dream and woke up super dizzy and I still have a horrible migraine. I just wanted to know your opinion if its because of the recent car crash or stress or low blood pressure or something? I also might have anemia if that helps with something?
