What Causes Migraine, Vomiting And Vertigo After A Concussion?

I hit my head last week and got a concussion, I was vomitting and had a migraine and vertigo. I felt better a few days later and now almost 7 days later I have a migraine, vomitting and vertigo similiar to when i hit my head. Is it the same thing should i get an mri.

you should follow up with your doctor to make sure there is nothing new happening but the post concussive syndre
consists
of migraine, vertigo, and concentration problems. the vertigo is thought to be from an inner ear concussion but it is really unknown. the symptoms
usually last for at least 3 months
before beginning to resolve. some unlikely people have persistent symptoms
