What Causes Migraine Along With Sore Throat And Blocked Nose?
The other day when I went to bed, I started getting a headache which progressed into a migraine; then I started shaking but feeling really hot, I couldn t sleep and my throats was sore and nose was blocked, I woke up next morning (6.30am) took my temperature and it was on 38.5, now I also had very bad aches and pains and felt veryweak, I have also had a lot of saliva which tastes like blood but it s not.... Any ideas?

Hello,
It looks like Acute sinusitis with Pharyngitis. Cold, allergy or infection can cause your sinus to get inflamed, swollen & blocked.
Get physically examined by an ENT doctor & get X-ray PNS done to rule out deviated nasal septum or narrow sinus, etc.
Take medications like Augmentin, Tylenol, gargle two or tree times a day with Listerine water. Steam inhalation & nasal saline sprays are effective. Take antihistamines & decongestants.
Chronic sinusitis can cause a headache & may complicate to a migraine if left untreated.
The other causes of migraine are CNS disorders, genetic causes, irregularities in the vascular systems. Stay away from addictions, stress, hormonal changes, avoid skipping food & drinks.
