What Causes Migraine Along With Ringing In Ears?

My husband had a migraine this morning. He has been dizzy all day. He left work early. Meh never does that! He is very weak. He has ringing in his ears too. What is going on with him?? He dipped Copenhagen for 30 years & has been off it for 12 days.
