What Causes Menstrual Irregularity?
Hi doctr, what is d reason for not getting periods after completing primolute n dosage 1 tablet thrice a day for continuous 5 days. I was advised after completing d dosage within 10 days it should start. On the 10th day I had a small bleeding patch. That s all. Would like to know the reason. Thank You!

If you have not got bleeding with primolut that means that your uterine lining had not developed by estrogen hormone and hence when progesterone was given it did not have sufficient uterine lining yo act upon and hence there was no bleeding.
You need to take combination of estrogen and progesterone to get bleeding.
