General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As a physician, I would like to tell you that positive urine pregnancy test and HCG test points mostly towards confirmed pregnancy. Usually if the fetus is very small or very early in gestational age, it takes some time to show on the USG scan. Thus, as a physician, I would recommend that you should visit your consulting Obgy doctor to get evaluated and treated further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
