Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, I wish to ask you a question. Are you overly stressed? It could be because of your job, your home atmosphere etc., could be anxiety too. If you are overly stressed, stress disorder can affect your memory.

If not, there is no need to worry. I suggest you to consult a neurologist for memory evaluation and treatment of your memory problems. Don't worry. Your memory problems can be cured completely with proper medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
