I am really sorry to hear of this tragedy that you had suffered, if you had an accident and you had history of loss of consciousness or you had persistent vomiting ,or fits this indicate damage to the brain , or blood in the brain , it always an emergency and we generally advise urgent ct scan of the brain and refer to neurosurgeon for assessment on emergency basis . so i cant understand how these symptoms have been ignored ,so first thing would be you talk to a neurosurgeon or neurologist on urgent basis or if not possible go to A/E . If you have already had brain scan and already seen by neurosurgeon and they say there is nothing damaged in the brain , then there is another possibility what we called post traumatic stress disorder; , that is a psychiatric condition ,however first organic causes must be ruled if every thing is fine you can talk to a psychiatrist.
