General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* If the memory issues and mood swings started after the injury over the face, there can be underlying cerebral impact during the injury-causing secondary issues with memory and mood swings.

In my clinic, I do recommend to evaluate previous MRI scan copies and if required a fresh work up for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
