What Causes Memory Loss After Masturbation Addiction?
Hello Sir, i am 18 years old. I am suffering from the worst addiction of masturbation. Its been two years i started doing this.I tried alot to quit this but failed. The auction is so bad that i do it thrice a day. Now i can feel memory loss due to this. Sir please help. Thank you.

I can understand your concern. Masturbation is a safe and healthy habit and it has no serious side effects. But you are doing masturbation thrice a day and this is really alarming. Masturbation at this frequency results in loss of time that should be spent on good constructive activities and this causes huge loss of personal, social and occupational life. This is the probable reason you are having feeling about memory loss. I would suggest you to remain outdoors during day time and find good ways to keep yourself engaged. Don't use internet excessively and try to use internet for official work only.
Divert your energy in doing exercises and in relaxation exercises. If possible join a gym so that you will remain busy. Read good books so that you will not think about masturbation. Take healthy diet and sleep for at least 7 hours a day to improve your memory. If even after that you fail to control the habit then consult a psychologist for help.
