Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There are different conditions which can give malodorous urine with discharge. Such conditions can be vaginal infection, low liquids intake, excess perspiration, diabetes, calculus in the urinary system, etcetera.
Systemic approach with urine culture, ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis, diagnostic cystoscopy will help to figure out the issue.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
