What Causes Lymph Nodes To Occur In Hiv +ve Patients?

i am hiv +ve and am facing pain in my joints (specially left knee and feet bones) and have lymph node tuberculosis
I have been taking the medicine for tb and hiv for last 4 months and 2 days before 2new lymph nodes have appeared

i am worried
please tell me why is this happpening

1) as a part of HIV
2)TB
3)IRIS a phenomenon after initiation of treatment
